Tamar Technology was founded in 2000 to provide application specific vision metrology solutions to the semiconductor, flat panel display, hard disk and medical device industries. Since then, Tamar has delivered hundreds of systems and software packages that are in use around the world and in many high tech industries.

A partial list of our customers include Raytheon, Seagate, Analog Devices, International Rectifier, Johnson & Johnson, Guidant, Boston Scientific, Microchip Corporation and Hitachi.
In addition to a series of dedicated vision metrology and inspection systems, Tamar has developed an Optical Stylus technology that is built into the HRT 3000 non-contact optical profilometer and the WaferScan wafer shape metrology system.

The mission of Tamar Technology is to provide innovative non-contact metrology systems that allow our customer to increase productivity. By lowering the cost of precision metrology systems, we help our customer lower costs with easy to use, cost effective measurement systems.
